I am a Freelance Private Chef working worldwide for a variety of clients including Royal Households, private estates, villas, mega yachts, and chalets.
I trained at the Ritz in Paris and have over 30 years experience in fine dining. I am passionate about food, especially provenance and seasonality, and cook with a bright & classic approach.
I am a native Engishman athough I have spent the majority of my working life in France, throughout the Mediterranean, the USA and the Middle East.
I am bilingual French/Engish and have a good basic knowledge of Italian; a musician, member of Mensa UK and keen photographer.
